To help prevent injuries and to perform at a high level. Proper stretching and movement exercises will help keep the body ready for the stress it handles during training and games.

Learn the how to properly run, jump, and change speeds while competing will separate you from the average players.
3. POWER & STRENGTH
Take your game to another level by building muscle, stamina and overall power in strength training. With proper instructions, strength training can be a great separator when competing.

Aerial Bungee Fitness and toning is a Fun Cardio/Toning Class. Aerial Bungee Fitness Workout Class, it combines resistance training with a cardiovascular workout. Very Fun and Unique Fitness Class.
